I have already emailed all customers and also left a notice on Facebook and on the order tracking page. Over Christmas we sold out of almost all our stock. Re-stocking has proved something of a challenge! Due to weather conditions, the couriers are having troubles in delivering. We are waiting one last shipment which should have arrived last week, we are trying to trace it at the moment.
This is so incredibly frustrating for us, and we thank-you very much for your patience while waiting for your orders. As we stated in the emails that we sent out, if you prefer to receive a full refund, please get in touch and request this option. Paws and fingers crossed that the last shipment will turn up to today then we will be working right through the night to get these orders out tomorrow for you!
